About Bude Choral Society

Bude Choral Society brings together singers from across North Cornwall who share a passion for choral music. We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy performing works from 16th to 20th century choral repertoire, from Renaissance masterpieces to romantic favourites.

When we meet

Rehearsals – Most Wednesday evenings, 7:15–9:15pm, September to June. Currently at Bude Methodist Church

Our concerts – We perform spring and autumn concerts each year, usually accompanied by professional soloists and instrumentalists or a small orchestra.

Who can join? – All are welcome to join our friendly choir. You don’t need to be able to read music, though it helps. There are no auditions – just come along and try us out for a few weeks.

Whether you’re an experienced singer or haven’t sung in a choir before, you’ll find a warm welcome and the chance to perform great choral music in beautiful North Cornwall venues.
